Stephanie Rapp is owner and principal designer of Stephanie Rapp Interiors, a boutique, award-winning interior design firm based in Fairfield County, CT. Stephanie Rapp Interiors is respected as a full-service interior design firm specializing in custom projects both locally and for clients’ multiple residences throughout the country.
With a referral-based clientele, Stephanie is appreciated for her approachable manner, attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to create spaces that are unique for each client’s needs.
Background
Stephanie’s background and 30 years experience have given her a strong foundation for executing high-level projects. But before it all began, Stephanie was inherently influenced by beautiful design and artisanal work. Having been born overseas in Indonesia and raised in a warm home with a curated collection of uniquely crafted furnishings and objects, Stephanie knows how to create comfortably chic personal spaces.Graduating from New York’s Pace University and an early career in advertising helped to hone Stephanie’s management skills. While her interior design education at Parson’s School of Design strengthened her passion for great design and provided foundational design skills and principles that are applied to each project today.
Accolades
Earning respect as a leader in the industry, Stephanie Rapp has gained notable recognition for her work. As President of the Professional Women in the Building Industry Council and the HBRA’s 2019 Woman of the Year, Stephanie Rapp is a leading member of the Home Builders Remodelers Association of Fairfield County. In 2021, 2019 and 2017 her firm was awarded the prestigious HOBI Award for interior design work in custom build and interior design projects. In addition, the athome A-List Awards recognized Stephanie Rapp Interiors as a finalist in 2019 for outstanding modern kitchen design and in 2020 Serendipity Magazine awarded a Stephanie Rapp Interiors kitchen a Design Market Innovators win. Stephanie currently sits on the area’s first Designer Council for Monogram appliances, collaboratively informing design and brand direction.
